Sercova Health Month: Celebrating Indonesian Independence Day with a Spirit of Freedom Through Health
In the spirit of a united and prosperous nation, Sercova successfully concluded Sercova Health Month, a community well-being initiative dedicated to celebrating the 80th Republic of Indonesia's Independence Day. Held under the theme "Bersatu Berdaulat, Rakyat Sejahtera, Indonesia Maju," this event reflected Sercova's commitment to creating a lasting, positive impact on the communities it serves.
This year's activities were a continuation of Sercova’s long-term commitment to community health. The event focused on providing essential health services to the elderly and toddlers in the local area, successfully serving a total of 600 participants from the targeted villages. By concentrating on these two vulnerable groups, Sercova aimed to contribute to a healthier and more prosperous future for all.
The health month activities took place on August 23, 2025, in Waru and Belis Villages, and continued on August 25, 2025, in Dawang, Solang, and Boinfia Villages. The initiative included free medical check-ups for the elderly, with a specific focus on monitoring their cholesterol, blood sugar, and uric acid levels. These screenings proved vital for the early detection and prevention of common health issues.
For the youngest members of the community, Sercova provided free supplementary feeding and checked their height and weight to ensure they were on a healthy developmental track. This support was crucial for building a strong foundation for their growth and well-being.
Sercova's Health Month initiative was more than just a series of events; it was a meaningful way of giving back and sharing the joy of independence. By empowering the community with better health, Sercova successfully helped build a more resilient and vibrant Indonesia, where everyone can live a life of freedom and prosperity.
